Cancellations are not accommodated. If you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.
Return Policy Terms
Buyers are responsible for covering return shipping expenses, as well as any applicable customs and import taxes.
To qualify for a refund and/or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. If not, the buyer will be responsible for any decrease in value.
In the event that an incorrect product is shipped to you, we will promptly send the correct item at no additional shipping cost once we have received the incorrect item from you. Any expenses you incur for returning the incorrect item will also be reimbursed once we receive the merchandise.
If your goods are lost or damaged during transit, please inform us within 15 days of your order placement so that we can initiate a claim against the carrier.
